Explanation for Ending – “In Order of Disappearance” or “Kraftidioten” (2014)

SPOILER ALERT—This is not a review for the movie, “In Order of Disappearance.” If you are looking for the review of the movie, click HERE.

This an explanation for the last moments of the movie. If you have not seen the movie, stop here, see the movie first, and then come back to this if you’d like.

The explanation is this: the guy who gets tattered into pieces at the end is named “Radovan Zupan,” the last “disappearance” to be displayed on screen. He’s one of the Serbian thugs serving “Papa.”

Why was he still alive? Because apparently he never stopped hang-gliding from when the thugs were playing in the snow before the shootout. This means that Randovan had been hang-gliding all those hours from the afternoon of the shootout, throughout the whole night until near dawn when the hero and Papa are driving down the road in the snow plower.

And out of all the places to land, Randovan had to land right in front of the spinning blades of the plower. That makes no sense because how could he have been gliding all those hours? And if it was because he was too stupid to land, what are the chances that out of all places and times he would land right in front of the plower the next day while it’s going down the road? That’s why I first thought that maybe it was a hitman. But nope. I looked up the actor who played that role, looked at his face, and it was the remaining Serbian thug. The act broke the fragile illusion of crazy reality that the movie had maintained and pushed it to the realm of nonsense.
